(Also, I make a point of not looking at people’s friendly/hostile tags. Often they don’t correspond and do contradict each other, and honestly, there’s no way for me to make any useful value judgement about which alliances are likely to break and not break. Aaaaalso, I think me using ingame politics rather than the actual zone of influence of individual alliances to consider relic drops gets into a weird space that I prefer not to be in)
Thanks for your thoughts…I am not playing this era at all due to a personal health issue I’m having right now…so I wasn’t personally trying to expand my territory or go for relics, in fact I only have a colony planted at the moment, and just logging once a day to collect daily bonus.
I was expressing how the dropping of the relics, where they were originally dropped seemed biased overall based on what I was being told by others, and was just trying to find out what happened, and why Ash made the decision he made when he made the drop.
we all know this game is control and this more proof of that relic drop in the spot ops that apear out no where so relic can been take i have seen this beford players that love some admin because they are they lovers ? and help them out with wreack long live the player who plan to spam and mess up eras

All relics were placed very well distributed, what made it retarded was its Speed + Protection (Which if Admin had the common sense to do some Math, it would have avoided some of the headache).
3 Relics were placed in NA. 1 belonging to the first batch which was taken in NA. Other 2 relics were placed in the 2nd batch (1 between NA and GL and the other in West AA near Hawaii) with protection that ended up going to Africa.
And again Iceman has quit because he played poorly and was a kid.
So for you, it was like whatever if all relics ended up in Africa just because all u did was what was decided by the community?
Lowering the protection was an option so relics would be accessible on others territories was your job to make the game dynamic and more enjoyable. But I heard you are retiring. That’s fine you did a lot for the community.
Once banned Milan for 6 multies and now made Iceman quit (as noone had the balls to ban that kid and his “daughter”. Kudos to you.
I’m not positive what the protection amount was, but I can say, admin’s role isn’t to watch the relics move while under protection and baby sit where it goes. If the community voted for relics to be released and put under protection, then honestly, this is what happens. I’ve done it on my galaxy world before, and to my dismay, almost all of my relics released in nearly the same spot. Luckily for me (and unlucky for Ash) was that mine all ended up gathering in a large empty void away from everyone, which made it kinda fair. Now, folks can learn from this experience for future eras. Relics under protection floating around the world is actually HORRIBLE as this is exactly what can happen. They move around and wherever they end up when out of protection is where they are.
You all are yelling at Ash about potential bias, but honestly, if Ash did ANYTHING to touch and redirect them, then that’d be even more biased and i can only imagine player’s complaints about that. Cause everyone would say “why not move it closer to me?”.
And last bit. When votes are made for a rule and the rule is set, there is NO CHANGING IT. The ONLY time it’s acceptable to change any rule mid era is if 100% of the world agree’s OR if it is literally game breaking, so it must be changed. Otherwise, it is unfair to anyone in the community who was playing based on the rules that were stated and set.
