They unjammed once for 6 seconds before we rejammed but they were completely blind otherwise

My war is only with the ones who attack me. I never attack someone unless I am attacked. Not even neutral colonies.

I just personally prefer a good war, and usually only have like 2 or 3 really good allies when I played e5 serious. I have been known to start a few wars.
