Earth 2 has finally restarted from havoc and presents us with an interesting era. Unlike most eras on Battle Dawn right now, it is competitive and has four teams going for the win from tick 1. Many more teams might like to take up that challenge in the future. Ladies and gentlemen, buckle up as we present to you a glorious E2 era, with some big names playing who go all out for the win!

Alliance Territories
TT are the dominant alliance early on! They control most of South America and a significant portion of North America. One of their members is based in Africa and it will be interesting to see how the geopolitical landscape of Africa will be in the foreseeable future.
Four major powers (TT, BBC, FOLK and SW) are currently in the race to secure the continent! Whoever is able to set his foot permanently on the African continent will benefit heavily from the natural resources and will become the favourites to win the era.
BBC looks to be the most organised alliance as all of them are based in the Asia-Europe region. However, they are in direct proximity to their rivals S who are situated very close to them. Eager to set their mark on the global stage, S have claimed control over significant parts of Asia and the Middle-East. However, Asia and Europe still largely remains under the control of BBC.
FOLK have expanded early all over Antarctica and are eager to establish their dominance over the continent. They are also expanding into Africa from the southern region and will be looking to secure a large number of mines and conquers in the continent.
Meanwhile, SW are not organised as well as the top alliances since their members are located far from each other. Even though they control sizable amounts of land in three continents, there is doubt if they would be able to hold onto it as their members are facing an early war with TT, the top alliance.

Alliance Territories
As time has progressed, BBC have overtaken TT as the top alliance. They have expanded very fast into the Asian continent and now control the majority of landmass. A possible expansion into Africa, Australia and even Greenland looks possible for them.
Meanwhile, TT have eliminated all influence of SW in North America and consolidated their position in the American continent. With relations between TT and FOLK unknown at the moment, a possible expansion and ambush in Antarctica cannot be ruled out of the cards!
However, FOLK have expanded very fast into Africa and now control the vast majority of it. They are also looking to expand to Australia. However, it will be a tricky situation with the presence of BBC close to the continent.
S have shown to the world that they cannot be taken lightly and own a significant portion of Asia. They also have control all over the middle east which allows them to venture into Africa.
SW are in deep trouble on the global stage as their members are sandwiched between top alliances in every part of the map. If they don’t get their act together, they might not survive the early war!
A promising small alliance named FOX have opened up in South China. They are looking to recruit more members to become a major power in the global stage. Other small alliances include HELP and PRM who are situated in Australia and England, respectively.

FOLK has made the most amazing gains from when we compared the geopolitical landscape of the world last time. They have taken control of Australia, Antarctica and the majority of the African continent.
BBC are at war with S in Asia and are likely to emerge victorious and declare their supremacy in Asia and the world stage for once and for all!
FOX, A new alliance has broken into the top 5 from last time. They are located in Asia and it’s unsure if they are allied/hostile to BBC. It would certainly be interesting to see how the alliance dynamics play out in Asia over time.
Meanwhile, SW has broken down as an alliance and their prime member has joined TT2, an official sub of TT. He looks keen to prove his loyalty to TT by helping them out in Africa. TT are doing very well right now, having captured the majority of America and looking eager to expand into Africa.

FOLK does look pretty isolated there.
What with BBC harvesting the mines over in Indonesia & the Philippines, they might find that this is the time to engage in diplomacy with the behemoth on their doorstep.
For no one likes a potential knife at their back while the real war lies ahead.

There has been some crazy action on E2! Really giving all spectators a value for their time. S has aggressively fought off BBC’s leader into relocating away. This is their first victory over BBC and will greatly boost their morale. S might have declined in power from last time but they have distinguished themselves as skilled warriors who will not be bullied into a corner by the big powers. However, their other members are not living up to the expectations which is making things difficult for S’s leader who now has to pull a lot of weight.
Meanwhile, BBC have expanded all over Asia and made their network very dense across the continent. They are at war with TT and have attacked their member in Africa, who has been forced to relocate away to Greenland. This has helped BBC expand their firm dominance and authority in Africa, which will definitely raise some concern for FOLK, who are the majority landholders in that continent.
FOLK’s leader has outshined everyone in this era and has established his supremacy far and beyond. He is by far the top player in the world and is singlehandedly carrying his team. FOLK have established their network deep into three continents - Antarctica, Australia and Africa. It will be interesting to see how things develop in the Indo-pacific region with the presence of BBC, FOX and FOLK. If things escalate, we might see a large scale war between BBC and FOLK, who knows!
FOX have established a strong presence in the South and East China region. It is unknown of their relations with BBC right now but FOX look like they can defend themselves well in case a conflict breaks out at some point. Currently, they also control a significant area in the West Canada and Alaska region, which might raise some eyebrows for TT.
TT have gained full control over South America and they have expanded their land area to occupy the vast majority of North America and Greenland. However, there have been some rebellions by local colonies in Canada who have fought back from TT oppression. However, they have been suppressed by the TT member in North America who has in turn, force relocated them to the far west end of Antarctica.
