New Era Type (Limited Soldier)

I suggest an era with a progressive soldier cap.

Meaning until tick 200 each colony can only produce a maximum army equal to 200 soldiers. at tick 200 it will increase to 400 soldiers or something of the like.

Could be interesting, what you guys think?
