I’ve accidently left my alliance in the past buts it’s always been because I had the alliance tab open while I was typing in AC or a BC. When you press enter you may have been tabbed on leave alliance and boom…a quick double tap enter and you are out.
I know his situation this era is different but the way programs don’t work and the code behind leaving an alliance. There is no way to be accidently kicked out due to the server or game. Only player action. Perhaps he should check to see if he’s ever shared his login? Maybe Josh/simmen can check history to see if it was a new connection? Just some thoughts

Yeah I also left my alliance by mistake twice, on an E1 ED vs SoLD era and on CE2. I was in alliance tab then boom out of alliance. Idk if I was typing on alliance chat or not… Can’t remember what really happened.
